These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "you") and Klyro Pty Ltd (ACN 680 641 025) ("Klyro", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of our mobile applications (including Keryxo and Blinkmuse) on iOS and Android, and our website.

By downloading, installing, or using our apps, or by accessing our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our apps or website.

2. Our Apps

Klyro designs, develops, and publishes its own mobile applications for iOS and Android, including:

• Keryxo — A daily scripture challenge app for Christians, designed to encourage daily engagement with God's word.
• Blinkmuse — A daily book challenge app that inspires users to read more and discover new perspectives.

We may add, modify, or discontinue apps or features at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

By using our apps, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• If you are under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will use our apps only for their intended purpose

4. User Responsibilities

When using our apps, you agree to:

• Use the apps only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps
• Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of our apps or servers
• Not use our apps to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

5. Intellectual Property

All content in our apps and on our website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and design — is the property of Klyro Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any of our content without our prior written permission.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some of our apps may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We do not directly process any payment information.

Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies.

7. Disclaimers

Our apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our apps will be available at all times without interruption
• Our apps will be free from errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities
• The content in our apps is complete, accurate, or up to date
• Our apps will meet your specific requirements or expectations

Content provided in Keryxo (scripture-related) and Blinkmuse (book-related) is for informational and inspirational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Klyro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our apps
• Klyro shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Our total liability for any claim related to our apps shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them from your device. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

10. Privacy

Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our apps, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
